On the first day, we brought in pictures, fabrics and anything that we thought of to do with Africa. We then stuck this on to a large piece of paper in an inventive way. This meant using all of our imagination to put it together in an inventive way!
This included pictures from the fair-trade group in Africa, which helps people to get a better wage for the things that they grow. We had many pictures of African people and the things that they do in there everyday life. As well as the landscape pictures we had a whole load of the animals that live in the continent.
With the pictures we split it up into four sections and put Africa in the middle. We also wrote words around, to do with Africa, for example starvation and elephants and things like that.
We learned a lot about the country’s, from Kenya to Egypt. We also learned about each others opinions of Africa and the experiences and holidays in Africa.
